Long before he adopted his longtime gamer handle Rydika in the studio booth, the Carbon Architect was trained for a very different stage. Selected for the 1994 Connecticut All-State Music Festival and a 1994 European tour with a national youth choir, he went on to study Music and Education as a dual major at UConn with a focus on vocal performance, including taking the stage with a 300-person ensemble for the dedication of UConn's Thomas J. Dodd Research Center.
Inside a massive choir, the music came effortlessly. Under a solo spotlight, however, crippling stage fright locked the door. He walked away from the degree and spent the next thirty years channeling that discipline into enterprise systems engineering, while decades of vocal phrasing, harmonic theory, and unwritten songs accumulated in the background.
Artificial Integrity is the bridge that finally unlocked the vault. Working from
the shadows of the control booth, Rydika applies formal vocal and musical training to every
blueprint: writing original lyrics, mapping key signatures, odd meters (7/8,
7/4), tempos, and chord progressions, and shaping every breath, harmony stack, and
instrumental cue through obsessive multi-pass refinement. The machine steps into the solo
spotlight he never wanted, while the voice behind the glass remains 100% Carbon.
